Michael Green and Tori Buck founded Green Buck Real Estate in 2016 with a simple goal: to give Portland buyers and sellers an unfair advantage through real data and ground-level expertise. Since then, the team has helped clients successfully buy and sell more than 400 homes across the Portland metro area.

Green Buck operates differently than a traditional real estate team. With a background in construction and hands-on experience as real estate investors, Michael and Tori don’t just look at comparable sales - they understand the physical structure of a property and how the numbers actually pencil out. Backed by dedicated in-house specialists like Joslyn, who leads marketing and backend operations, clients benefit from focused expertise at every stage of the transaction.

Portland Real Estate Insights was created as a place to share internal research, market data, and practical strategy from the field. The goal is simple: help homeowners and buyers cut through the noise, understand pricing trends, and make smarter real estate decisions.

When he isn’t analyzing local market data or walking properties, Michael can usually be found trying to fix his golf swing, firing up the smoker, or spending time with his growing family.
